Cooking Blondies

I would like to start this new section with a special collab. My friend Yasmine, showed me how to prepare a special dish, different from what we’re using to eat, and I would like to show you guys what it is, in the hope you’ll like it.

Brownies had gain a lot of popularity in the world and are loved from a lot of people, but, now I would like to introduce you Brownies made with white chocolate instead of black, called: Blondies!

What you’ll need:

180g of white chocolate
100g of caster (super fine) sugar
180g of flour
100g of butter
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar

What you’ll have to do:

Melt butter and white chocolate over low heat in a saucepan
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, caster sugar and vanilla sugar
Gradually mix the flour into the mixture
Add white chocolate/butter mixture
Put the whole mixture into buttered and baking tins
Put everything in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 170°

And that’s it! Have a look on the final result, doesn’t it look delicious? You can also add if you want chocolate chips, almonds or walnuts on the top! It’s simple, original, unique and very delicious, I really recommand you to taste them!
